how you perform these tasks as well as measures of heart rate and blood
pressure.

person aged 18 years or over. We would not want to choose you to participate if
you have taken analgesic medications within 12 hours, have a chronic pain
condition, have a heart conditions or have Raynaud’s syndrome. We would also
not want to choose you if you have problems with the upper parts of your arms,
your shoulders, neck or spine such as muscle or bone conditions
(musculoskeletal conditions), injuries or altered sensations in those regions.
PLEASE DON’T: Participants must abstain from
caffeine and aerobic exercise in the 24 hours before taking part.
